The Fundraising Focus: Runs! Raffles! Rides! Oh My! - Fundraising within the Community
***Registration is required: https://bit.ly/47m5lY5***
The goal of The Fundraising Focus forum is to provide development professionals with an opportunity to learn, network, and share experiences and ideas with each other. We understand that fundraisers often feel isolated and we hope that this time for discussion and fellowship will expand your skill set, as well as your network.
How do you fundraise with the community? Do you host a walk or run? Maybe purse bingo? Whether you're a small nonprofit with volunteer staff, or a large organization, let's convene and share our strategies to engage with the community.
Community-based fundraising is more than just a financial strategy; it's a powerful opportunity to foster strong community bonds and cultivate a network of dedicated donors. Hosting events like walks or runs provides a platform for individuals to come together, not only in support of a common cause but also to share in the collective experience of making a positive impact.
Join us as we explore and learn the ways in which fundraising with the community becomes a source of shared purpose and lasting connections.
Please note - this session will be in-person and space is limited. Registration is required. Attendance is for members of The Nonprofit Partnership only and is free of charge.
The event will be held at the Mercy Anchor Community Center at 1012 E 28th St, Erie, PA 16504. Parking is located off E 27th St. Please enter the building near the MACC sign and handicap ramp. The conference room will be up one flight of steps (an elevator is available, as well).
