We’re on a journey to expand our awareness, understanding and learning. But, how do we do that if we don’t know all of the terminology associated with the topic at hand?

- BIPoc – that’s Bold Indian Person on Clouds… right? No… no… very wrong.
- Microaggression – that’s just a small act of aggression, almost like passive aggressive, right? No… not quite.
- Queer – part of a title of one of my favorite Netflix shows… that’s all there is to say! Okay, close? But no.
