Please join The Nonprofit Partnership on Wednesday, June 26th at 10 a.m. for the Recharge Retreat session, The Foundations of Flourishing, featuring Niki Campbell.
To truly flourish as a person, we need many elements of our life to be in harmony – things like our physical and mental health, job satisfaction, financial wellness and our social circle.
The Foundations of Flourishing webinar focuses on five wellness practices that can help you improve overall physical and mental well-being. From managing stress to getting enough sleep and water to finding workouts that work for you and making food choices that will fuel your lifestyle. The presentation offers simple, attainable, and realistic actions that anyone can take to start feeling more energized, and healthy.
The webinar specifically addresses the connection between the five foundations and a person’s risk of chronic health conditions. It also provides concrete examples of the benefits that come with making small changes to your lifestyle.
Participants can expect to walk away with ideas for immediately improving their health both physically and mentally.
Led by Niki Campbell, a Registered Dietetic Technician, certified health coach and personal trainer with more than 25 years of working with stressed-out, burnt-out leaders, the presentation is built on evidence-based concepts that she uses with clients in her private practice.
