He assists clients with workplace matters involving the unemployment system, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidance, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. His experience includes drafting and reviewing employee handbooks, employment agreements, and federal employment litigation documents.
