New and established Board Members and/or nonprofit leadership - enhance your nonprofit governance knowledge with the Governance Academy!

Governance Academy will offer participants with the opportunity to learn about foundational best practices in nonprofit governance. The training will provide participants with an understanding of the sector, the basic tenets of governance, and their individual roles and responsibilities as nonprofit leaders. Governance Academy is a powerful resource for those wishing to enhance their understanding of their duty to their organization, the sector, and the community.

Governance Academy is a learn-at-your-own pace online course. Through our online Learning Management System (LMS), participants can delve into a rich repository of resources at their convenience. With over four hours of custom video content, comprehensive readings, supplemental materials, downloads, and quizzes, you're set to add a significant milestone to your professional journey.

Those looking to increase the impact of the training can opt to add an [In-Person] Applied Learning Workshop to their registration. The next in-person session offering will be on November 13, 2024 from 9 AM to 1 PM at The Nonprofit Partnership (609 Walnut St., Erie, PA 16502). Registration includes light breakfast, beverages, and lunch.

BONUS! Confirmed attendees will have access to office hours with NPP's Adam Bratton, certified Nonprofit Board Consultant through BoardSource.
