Zach Carlino is the Director of Development at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources in Butler, Pennsylvania. Zach has worked at the agency since 2021. Working with the Development Team, he oversees grant writing, marketing, nonprofit start-up activities, and strategic planning. Zach has received certificates from the Standards for Excellence, Pennsylvania Association for Nonprofit Organization (PANO), and The NonProfit Times in Advanced Grant Writing. He also has experience working in medical, human services, community development, historical societies, and arts & culture organizations. Zach received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mount Union in Political Science.

Zach likes to spend his spare time playing sports and volunteering for local youth sports organizations.

Joseph Corraini serves as the Director of Information Technology (IT) at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources in Butler, Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, Joseph has prioritized customer service as integral to IT success, ensuring that technological solutions align with organizational goals. As a consultant, he specializes in managed IT services, security & access controls, backup solutions, phishing awareness training, and hardware & software auditing. Joseph earned his associate degree in information technology from Pittsburgh Technical College in 2008.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Joseph enjoys exploring nature trails on his mountain bike, capturing moments through photography, and spending quality time with his family.

Jacob Grumski serves as the Controller at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, where he has been employed since 2019. Jacob obtained his MBA from Penn State Behrend in 2021, complementing his undergraduate degree achieved in 2014 from the same institution. He has utilized his learned skills to drive impactful changes within the organization. Jacob provides essential financial services to his clients, including budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, grant management, financial analysis, audit liaising, and reconciliations.

Jacob resides just outside of Pittsburgh with his wife and two children. Outside of work, his interests include hockey, football, and weightlifting.

Meagan Snyder is the Director of Development at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, where she has been employed since September 2018. As part of the Development Team, Meagan works with clients to secure and renew contracts for the organization, supervises event planning, and assists with nonprofit start-up activities and strategic planning. Prior to her work with nonprofits, Meagan was employed in the banking industry, which has proved an asset to her and her clients in the nonprofit sector. Meagan has collaborated to help plan the Pennsylvania Association for Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) conference since 2020. Meagan is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), a certificate she received from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance (NLA). Meagan holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from University of Phoenix.

Meagan enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two sons.

Teresa Hewitt is the Chief Operating Officer at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, where she has been employed since the organization’s inception in 2008. Through ANR contracts, Teresa serves as the Chief Operating Officer for two external organizations and is the human resources lead for 17 external organizations. She specializes in human resource direction and oversight, operational and program development, quality improvement, and organizational leadership. Teresa has served as a human resources panelist for the Butler County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Butler County program. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an undergraduate degree from Gannon University. Teresa also served on the Empowerment Advisory Board through Butler County Community College for seven years.

Teresa is an avid supporter of her sons’ athletic pursuits and spends most weekends at the ball field. She coordinates the baseball and golf boosters for Highlands School District.

Shawna Mitcheltree serves as the Senior Director of Operations & Service Development at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources in Butler, Pennsylvania, where she has worked since 2017. Shawna has led organizations through accreditation processes, strategic planning activities, compliance & quality improvement plan development, contract procurement, grant writing, and licensing. Shawna co authored a publication in the peer-reviewed journal, ZERO TO THREE. She has delivered presentations to Slippery Rock University’s Institute for Nonprofit Leadership, the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s Best Practice Academy, Rehabilitative Community Providers Alliance (RCPA), Pennsylvania Association for Nonprofit Organizations (PANO), The Nonprofit Partnership, and Nonprofit Leadership Alliance (NLA). Shawna served on NLA’s Elevate Conference Planning Committee for 2024. She is a licensed consultant through the Standards for Excellence Institute and a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP). Shawna is an alumnus of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a graduate of the Butler County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Butler County Program. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Butler Meals on Wheels.

In her spare time, Shawna enjoys fishing, snow skiing, watching football, and spending time with her husband, son, and pets.

Brian Peffer has been dedicated to supporting nonprofits in the Information Technology field since 2000, understanding the myriad technical challenges they face. Brian has evolved alongside the industry, embracing newer, cloud-based technologies to enhance organizational efficiency, affordability, and security. As the Information Technology Director at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR) since its inception in 2008, Brian has been instrumental in driving technological solutions. In 2012, ANR expanded its services with the establishment of A-Tech, a dedicated Information Technology support branch, where Brian and his team have made it their mission to provide comprehensive support to nonprofit organizations. Brian's expertise extends to a range of services, including assessing organizations to provide customized technological solutions, offering on demand IT support, project management, data backup, and facilitation of the migration of organizational data to cloud services, and the implementation of access control and video surveillance security systems.

Brian enjoys hiking, biking, fishing, and spending time with his wife and sons.

Shane Roxbury has held the role of Accounting Manager at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources since February 2023. Shane assists nonprofits with bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, audit preparation, and streamlining Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes. His proficiency extends to Quickbooks, where he is certified as a ProAdvisor. Prior to his tenure in the nonprofit sector, Shane accrued experience with a private accounting firm and as an accountant in the Mortgage/Title industry. Shane received his associate degree from Butler County Community College in 2018.

Beyond his professional commitments, Shane finds enjoyment in playing golf and engaging in various other sports.
