Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was formed in 2008 to provide affordable administrative services to agencies and governmental entities of all sizes. The organization was established with the understanding that many establishments are challenged to meet their missions while maintaining business efficiency. ANR offers a full range of administrative support and services through various divisions and products which include: ANR Business Solutions, A-Tech, ANR Human Services, ANR-Transport, and E-System. The ANR team will work with you to design the optimum solution to improve identified areas of need.

Jacob obtained his MBA from Penn State Behrend in 2021, complementing his undergraduate degree achieved in 2014 from the same institution. He has utilized his learned skills to drive impactful changes within the organization. Jacob provides essential financial services to his clients, including budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, grant management, financial analysis, audit liaising, and reconciliations.
Jacob resides just outside of Pittsburgh with his wife and two children. Outside of work, his interests include hockey, football, and weightlifting.

She specializes in human resource direction and oversight, operational and program development, quality improvement, and organizational leadership. Teresa has served as a human resources panelist for the Butler County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Butler County program. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an undergraduate degree from Gannon University. Teresa also served on the Empowerment Advisory Board through Butler County Community College for seven years.
Teresa is an avid supporter of her sons’ athletic pursuits and spends most weekends at the ball field. She coordinates the baseball and golf boosters for Highlands School District.
