Event Coordinator - Erie Regional Chamber & Growth Partnership
•Coordinates and plans all events designed to attract and retain members.
•Coordinates and manages Erie Ambassador training program both Spring and Fall
•Coordinates quarterly new member events
•Coordinates, with the members, any ribbon cuttings, and milestone celebrations
•Act as the primary chamber liaison with Young Erie Professional Leadership and coordinates all YEP events
•Other duties as assigned
Ability to operate a computer and related software, including MS Office Suite. Flexibility of hours. Travel required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle a significant work load. Ability to execute strategies relative to events beginning to end. A minimum of 2 years higher education preferred in marketing or related field. Two to four years experience required, event planning preferred.
